It's almost the holidays so there is no point in losing weight now!









Are you guilty?



I think we are all guilty of thinking like this but let me explain to you why this makes no sense!  Why would you want to gain more weight and take yourself farther from your goal?  Go ahead and start now and be able to enjoy a delicious meal with your family at Thanksgiving and Christmas without an overwhelming feeling of guilt.  

Think of it this way....


If you lost a pound a week, you would be down 5 pounds by Thanksgiving and 9 pounds by Christmas!  

If you lost two pounds a week, you would be down 10 pounds by Thanksgiving and 18 pounds by Christmas!  

That is enough to make me go into the holidays feeling GREAT!  This is totally doable with our monthly fitness and accountability groups and I would love to have you join us!

Excuses, Excuses, Excuses!

Do you have excuses?


I had every excuse in the book...

* I was busy
* I had to keep the house clean and cook supper when I got home
* My husband loved me just like I was
* My family came first
* There was no time to exercise
* My family wouldn't eat "healthy" food
* It was too expensive
* I could do it myself

I continued putting myself on the back burner and thinking it would be selfish to spend money on a program that I could do myself if I didn't have all of these reasons why I couldn't. I tried that for a little while and didn't lose weight or feel better about myself.  I continued to give into temptation at every turn.  

Thankfully, I decided that I WAS worth it!  Being the best me that I could be was the best thing I could do for my family.  Not only did I transform myself but my whole family is now eating healthier.  I found healthier ways to cook our favorite foods.  They are still delicious but now we no longer feel gross after we eat them and I can be sure that my children are getting the nutrition that they need.

Don't keep making excuses!  Make yourself a priority and your family will benefit!
