Balance Is Best!

It's All About Balance




I will be 110% honest with you...I absolutely HATE exercising.  Well, I take that back.  I enjoy weightlifting but I despise cardio.  However, I know it has to be done in order to be totally healthy.  You can't expect to eat junk, lift weights, and look good...cardio and clean eating are necessary!

Today, I pushed through Plyo Fix Extreme.  I have a love/hate relationship with this workout.  As I was complaining and just wishing I could go for a run or lift some weights today, Darryl said, "Well, then why do you do it and why do you sell it to others?"  The answer is because I know it works.  I am currently in a plateau and I know that spending a few afternoons with Autumn Calabrese will give me the boost I need.  Beachbody is the real deal!  I can definitely say I have never been able to stick to ANY workout before I joined.  The reason is because I never had balance.  I was either eating junk and spending hours in the gym or I was eating clean (so I thought) and not exercising.  Either way, I wasn't seeing results.  

I am so happy and thankful that my friend, Jessica introduced me to Beachbody and helped me become a member of the United Spark coaching family.  I can't diet but I can change my life and Beachbody has shown me how!
