Clean Buffalo Chicken Salad
I totally overindulged during the holidays and while I enjoyed every bite, I quickly began to feel sluggish and bloated. I started back on my clean eating plan yesterday and already can tell a HUGE difference in the way I feel.
Many people have told me that they love food and just can't join my challenge group because they can't stick with it! I am a total foodie too which is why I have found healthier alternatives to some of my favorite foods! I have a big addiction to buffalo chicken anything so that was one of the first things I found a healthy alternative for!
Here is how I made this protein packed salad that was absolutely delicious..
2 cooked chicken breasts (shredded)
3 tablespoons nonfat plain greek yogurt
SEVERAL ;-) drops of Franks Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce (Do not use the wing sauce)
Stir and use on top of spinach and veggies (no dressing needed)! It will also make more than one serving so you can use it for a couple of meals.
You can also put this in a whole grain wrap with some veggies or use with brown rice triscuits as a dip!
